We are always on a healing journey and this journey is not necessary the easiest one. I bow to those who choose to walk this path that requires a lot of courage.
In my service, I work with each person by integrating the healing modalities I practice.

Over the past years in my practice, I noticed that sometimes for some people, it is too intimidating to commit to full herbal consultation, (I know it can be a lot!) but curious about herbs, and want to incorporate herb teas into their daily life. I started to get inquiry about formulating tea to calm, support nervous system, to relax at night, and sleep..etc. So I would have mini consultation with people and formulate teas for them. I realized this is such a nice gate way for people to enter into the world of herbs so I decided to officially create as one of my service.

In this package, we will work to re-discover, re-align, and re-connect with the healer within in depth. On this path, we will work with herbs, Flower Essence, Breathwork and other Energy Healing modalities to return to the wholeness.

and Reiki/Energy healing session.3 Follow up sessions (45-60 mins) during our work together. Follow up sessions may be virtual.

focused on Trauma release-
In this package, we will will be focusing to release trauma that is in our body by using somatic technique and breath. Our body holds so much stories that we tend to be attached to, but by using breath and somatic techniques, we can let go of the old ideas and habits to anew our believe system.

Meeting every week or every other week.
Total 4 hours for support with a short emails,
