In my service, I work with each person by integrating the healing modalities I practice.

In this package, we will work to re-discover, re-align, and re-connect with the healer within in depth.
Your choice of any session for Herbalism, Flower Essence, Breathwork and other Energy Healing.

Customized protocol and plan on diet, lifestyle and herbs/Flower essence.
30 min call about protocol or post check-in.
Total 2 hour support with phone call or short email during our work together.
2 Follow up sessions with Breathwork or Energy healing (90-120mins) during our work together.
Cost for herbal medicines and flower essence are not included.

-Trauma Transformation-
6 session series of Breathwork Immersion
In this package, using somatic technique and breath, we will will focus on transforming trauma by releasing them from our body. Our body holds so much stories that our mind are attached to, but by using breath and somatic techniques, we can let go of the old ideas and habits to anew our believe system.

90-120 mins virtual/in person session.
Meeting everyday for 6 days, every week or every other week.
Total 4 hours for support with a short emails,
or a quick phone call during the process of integration.Package is valid for 6 month.
Exchange: Sliding scale $1300-$2200
Single session (90-120mins) in any modalities are also available for sliding scale of $225 - $375
